We create superb examples of reclaimed and recycled timber furniture in our own workshop. They are constructed and assembled using the latest machinery and construction techniques available.

My focus is simple; to delve into the history behind how the timber came to be and its journey into a Bagôt Creations.

I intentionally specialise in only Australian Hardwoods with rich history behind them. The timber shows features that you will never see in new wood with its deep, rich grain and colouring. It is this history that makes the wood so unique, special and unavailable in the market place. I find it crucial in informing the customer on each particular piece’s history as it allows them to explore the stories this timber has been through.  

My focus is to showcase this timber as a modern piece of furniture, with elegant yet simple designs that don’t deter from the timber itself. Previous Creations include;

• Outdoor and indoor dining tables,
• Coffee and various occasional tables,
• Mirrors ranging in size, style, shape and character,
• Specialised Cabinetry,
• Photos framed and mounted in various different frames
• Specialised feature pieces made for client intended locations.

Bagot Creations use the very best material, whether Red Gum, Jarrah, Huon Pine or other specially selected old reclaimed timber possessing interesting characteristics of age and natural qualities.

Our material comes from a variety of places across the country, typically old barns, warehouses and homes that are abandoned or being torn down. We assess all material in advance and salvage only the best quality material available. 

Reclaimed wood products are desirable because of the antique qualities, structural integrity and the history of the wood itself.
